MORE ABOUT JAN
Jan grew up surrounded by design, especially home design. Her mother was an Artist and father was an Interior Designer in the Tampa Bay area for over 40 years. Even as a little girl she was constantly rearranging her room!! Jan has built two homes, handling everything from the budget to subcontracting herself. Jan also is a homeowner/seller; selling each property herself in under 30 days! She was Staging before she had a name for it!
Jan received her Accredited Staging Professional MASTER designation in October 2007 under the direct supervision of Barb Schwarz, the Creator of the Home Staging Industry!
Since building those two homes Jan has flipped another and just finished a major remodel of her home. It's a 60's ranch style house she converted to a Craftsman!
Born & raised in Pinellas County! Jan received her BS from Florida State University in Home Economics. She has been married 30 years to husband Bob. Jan worked for over 25 years in the family business, The Glass House (www.theglasshouse.com). From 1999-2006 Jan volunteer her time as Founding President of Pug Rescue of Florida (www.pugrescueofflorida.org, a 501c3 organization. She retired in 2006.

It was Barb Schwarz in the 70's, as a realtor, that coined the phrase, "Let's Stage this house!" She has been developing Home Staging techniques ever since. Barb's company StagedHomes.com is the leader in the home Staging movement . Abbie is a talented Stager. As in the case of Jan, Abbie too has been Staging all her life. She did not have a name for it. Often in high school & college her friends & family would ask her to "decorate" their homes. With little or no budget Abbie showed the ability to change the look of a room or home with what was already present.
Abbie has lived & traveled all over the world, moving often. This gained Abbie incrediable experience in redoing homes. She is interested in the Arts and majored in it during college. She attended Florida Southern College, working to put herself through. Abbie is a hard worker and will work hard for you within your budget and time frame!
Abbie received the Accredited Staging Professional designation in April 2008 under Jennie Norris, Accredited Staging Professional Master. Jennie is one of the top Master Home Stagers in the United States out of Sacramento, California.
